"Booking was way more confusing than it needed to be"
I tried to book parking on the site, but I got stuck quickly. I usually just look for the basics like the date, price, and checkout button, and even that felt harder to follow than it should have. The pages kept throwing me off, and the checkout seemed messy, so after about 10 minutes I just gave up.

"Pricing was really unclear"
I wasn’t very happy with the pricing. It seemed cheap at first, but by the time I got to the booking stage, a bunch of extra charges had been added and it wasn’t really clear what they were for. It felt a bit sneaky. I’d much rather see the full price upfront before spending all that time going through the process...

"Didn’t feel reliable when it mattered"
I used SkyParkSecure once it just, it felt a bit messy from the start. The emails were slow to come through, the booking details weren’t very clear, and I didn’t really feel like everything was properly sorted until the last minute. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, I just didn’t feel confident using them. I wouldn’t book with them again...

"Booking was quick, quick and simple"
I used SkyParkSecure to book my parking and it was easy, honestly. Putting in the dates and times was simple enough, and the confirmation came through really fast. It only took a few minutes, really really straightforward overall. I’d give it 5 stars, but I did have to double-check one little bit before finishing

"I booked this thinking it was going..."
I booked this thinking it was going to be close to the airport, but the car park ended up being much farther out than I expected. To be fair, I probably picked a bad time to arrive because I was already cutting it a bit close, but the poor signage didn’t help and it just made the whole thing more stressful before my flight. I don’t think I’d use this location again

I paid more than I was expecting, and while it worked fine, it really didn’t feel worth the money. Whoever runs this needs to rethink the pricing, because for what you get, it just doesn’t add up.

"Confirmation felt a bit dodgy"
I booked airport parking and the confirmation email left me confused. I expected clear instructions on where to go and what I needed to show, but it was all a bit vague and messy. I had to read it a few times and still wasn’t totally sure if I had everything right, which made me wonder if something was missing or if the booking was even fully legit. Not what you want when you’re trying to get parking sorted quickly before a flight. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they make the confirmation much clearer.

"Drop-off was chaotic"
Maybe I missed something obvious, but the drop-off felt like a mess. I was waiting around forever and couldn’t find any clear signs to point me in the right direction.

"Picked up my car it wasn’t in..."
Picked up my car it wasn’t in the condition I expected. There was mud on the mats, dirt on the seats, and I spotted a scratch on the bumper that I’m sure wasn’t there when I dropped it off.

To be fair, I get that things can happen, but the staff didn’t really seem interested and just said it was probably already like that. Left feeling disappointed and I wouldn’t use skyparksecure.com again

"I had to wait way longer than..."
I had to wait way longer than expected for the return pickup, and there were basically no updates the whole time (which made it even more frustrating). It just felt disorganized overall.

"Support took way too long"
I had to wait ages to get a reply from support, and when they finally got back to me, it wasn’t even that helpful. The whole back-and-forth felt unnecessary

"Okay, but the return was late"
I booked the meet and greet with Sky Park Secure. Dropping the car off was straightforward enough, but coming back wasn’t great. After a long flight, the driver was around 20 minutes late, which was frustrating. The car was fine when it arrived and the staff I dealt with were polite, but I didn’t like how little actual human contact there was. It felt like everything was a bit automated or distant, and when you’re tired and waiting around, it’s not ideal. Overall it was okay, but the timing and lack of personal communication could definitely be better.

"Car Survived the Night"
Got back and the car was totally fine, no scratches or drama, which was nice. Security seemed decent enough, but the parking area was weirdly quiet late at night, you know, the kind of quiet that makes you suddenly respect every horror movie character’s bad decisions

"Refund took forever"
Canceling was easy enough, but getting the refund was such a hassle. It felt like my request was handled carelessly, and I had to wait way longer than I should have

"Shuttle took forever and no one seemed in charge"
The transfer was really slow, and what made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for the shuttle. We kept getting pointed in different directions, but no one seemed to own the issue or give a clear update.
